if mag-apply po to any korean company ano po dadalhin patunay na galing po korea or nagwork sa korea e.g. employment certificate or payslip? may letter of recommendation po ba binibgay?

if mag-apply po to any korean company ano po dadalhin patunay na galing po korea or nagwork sa korea e.g. employment certificate or payslip? may letter of recommendation po ba binibgay?

certificate of employment is enough.. also, don't forget to scan or photocopy your ARC for future use...

search mo muna ang mga available hiring sa EPS retuern job website... then maybe you can submit your resume or contact them immediately...

Sir, paano po pag di nagissue ang company ng certificate, dahil mostly, mga small company, parang di uso yun. regarding pala sa kaibigan ko na umuwi ng pinas, wala syang employment certificate maliban nalang sa xerox copy ng arc, contracta at visa sa passport
Paano sya makakakuha ng e. c. for future reference? pupwede po ba sa poea?

kabayan,

you can make a certificate of employment by yourself and papirmahan mo nalang sa kanila (employer)... if you need sample and editble design/form, email me at sulyap.managing@gmail.com... if ayaw pumirma ang employer nyo, you can file a complain at labor office kasi nasa batas po yan na obliged ang isang employer to provide certificate of employment to his workers...

sorry for my late reply... please refer below...

ganito po, last year or the previous years, each foreign worker is free of 30% non-taxable income ... that means, for example may sahod kayong 2,000,000 sa isang buwan, ang 30% po dyan ay hindi kasama sa taxable income...

yung 15% flat rate naman, its another option but it is applicable only for high earner foreign worker... hindi po ito pwede i-apply sa low or average earner na foreign workers such EPS workers and some workers under E-7 visa... so sabihin nyo sa employer nyo na, hindi po pwede gamitin ang 15% flat rate tax deduction sa inyo...

this year (effective January 1, 2010), yung 30% discount, ay tinanggal na... so wala nang 30% from tax exemption gross income ang foreign worker... instead ang mai-apply is yung regular tax rate according to salary income... please refer below for the tax rate details based on taxxable base income...

take note, yung nasa table above, taxable base income po ang pagbabasehan sa computaion... therefore you should derive first the taxable base income before computation... so huwag nyo i-multiply agad ang total yearend income nyo kasi marami pa pong deduction yan or else ang laki po ang lalabas na tax nyo... (in that way mali po ang computation)

ganito nalang po... you can use the online monthly withholding tax auto-calculator para maverifiy ninyo if tama po ang monthly tax deduction ninyo... pwede nyo yan pagbabasehan as your initial total total yearend tax... then by february next year or ung mga uuwi before end of the year malalaman nyo whether meron kayong tax refund na mareceive or kulang, after computing the yearend tax assessment...
