sir dave un po ba sa brektym nmin na 1hr tapos po pinagtrabaho nla kmi dun sa 30mins tapos bayad po san po ba ksama yun 30mins?sa overtime rate or sa regular hour rate..thank you po

hello enaj,

para hindi po kayo maconfuse, ganito ang gagawin nyo... just deduct 8-hours from the total working hours nyo each day (Monday~Friday)... ang difference after subtraction must be your OT hours and must be paid with additional 50% of the minimum wage...

kz po sir un nkita po nmin sa payroll un total ng regular hours nmin naging 8.50 so ibig sbhin sir sa regular rate lng po nla cnama un 30mins nmin..pde po ba nmin reklamo yun sa amo nmin sir?newei sir yun po sa sahod nmin good news po nakuha na po nmin un pera mejo may kulang lng po pro habulin q pa rin kz 640th won pa kulang kz po sir gu2langan nnmn kmi hehehehe,magdo2ble po kz awas nla sa plane ticket ng asawa ko bale po kz nun nsa labor na kmi binawas na yun sa computation,andun nmn po sa knila copy nun pinirmahan tapos nkalagay na po dun un amount na bbgay samin kya nagulat nalng me po knna na kulang,slamat po sir ng marami sa mga naitu2long nyo samin,kookmin nlng po problema ko ngaun....god bless n take care poh!!!!

by the way, ilan po ba kayong regular workers dyan sa company nyo including Koreans? if less than 20 po kayo, meron kayong 4-hrs regular work every Saturday... baka yan ang ipinalit ng amo nyo sa 30-min breaktime na pinagtatrabahuan ninyo... but if meron pa rin kayo work ng Sat. 4-hrs under regular work, yung 30 minutes must be under overtime work already...

pwede nyo sabihin sa amo nyo in a proper way na dapat yung 30-mins should be treated as OT... if ayaw pumayag pwede kayo magfile ng petition sa labor office...

by the way, thanks God at nakuha na po ninyo ang delayed salary sa dating employer nyo ... yung kulang ihahabol nyo pa rin as well as your kukmin...

i think nsa mga 30 po cguro kmi lhat sir,ska 40hrs per week po kmi un sat po nmin sir overtime na syanga po pla ask ko na din po sir un sat kz overtime nmin un dba so pag po ba la na wrk yun sir no pay din po ba yun kz po sa kontrata nmin sir nkalagay samin un holiday nmin may mga tsek including saturday,legal holiday at sunday...ibig sbhin po dpat bayad yun samin sir?

under 40-hrs workweek system, if hindi po kayo magtatrabaho ng Saturday, Sunday, and other National Holidays not belong to Red Calendar Dates, that means wala po kayong sahod... if meron kayong work then you should receive 150% salary... but if yung Holidays belong to Red Calendar Dates, kahit wala po kayong trabaho meron pa rin kayong sahod... thanks...

gud evening sir dave.salamat nga po pala sa reply nyo kagabi sa concern ko.may itatanong pa po ulit ako,sana okey lang sayo.
below 20 po kami sa company nmin,so dapat 44hrs per week lang ang pasok nmin,meaning ung saturday namin dapat halfday lang.regular working hour nmin ay 9am to 6pm,pero ang saturday namin ay 9am to 4 pm (excess ng 2 hours).ang sabi nmn po nila,ung 2 hours daw na excess pambayad daw po yun sa mga 10mis.breaktime (morning & afternoon) nmin.Yun naman pong mga holidays(National Holidays),considered daw na regular day un kapag di ito tatapat ng sunday.Ibig sabihin,papasukan namin pero di overtime pay.

you're welcome po...

yun namang 10-mins breaktime nyo every morning and afternoon, actually hindi po talaga yan kasama sa sahod... pero if isinama pa rin sa sahod ninyo, may valid reason po ang employer ninyo na yung 2-hrs excess work nyo every Sat. ay gagawing pambayad sa 10-mins break time ninyo from Mon~Sat (AM and PM)... pero siguraduhin po ninyo na yung 10-mins breaktime ninyo ay totally rest nyo po talaga... dapat consistent po talaga na may 10-mins. breaktime kayo every AM & PM para di kayo malulugi...

yun namang holidays... lahat pong official holidays such as Saturday (whole day if under 40-hrs workweek system), Sunday, and National or Public Holidays should be considered as overtime work... so ang salary must be 150%... and if yung Holidays belong to Red Calendar Dates, kahit wala po kayong trabaho meron pa rin kayong sahod...

sabihin nyo sa amo nyo na mali po yung ini-implement niya... if ayaw pumayag, sabihin nyo na sa Labor Office nalang kayo magreklamo...
