kabayan,
sabi po ng bisor namin starting january 2009 iimplement daw nila d2 ang 2 sabado na pagpasok in 1 month pero HINDI PO DAW OVERTIME dahil nga daw po sa krisis na nangyayari.
till friday lang po pasok namin d2.. under po kami ng 40 working hours...
approve na po ba ito ng labor?

kabayan,

wala pong official announcement ang MOL sa website nila... i don't have any idea pa... i-verify po natin yan next year...

by the way, nagbawas ba ng number of employee ang company nyo? ilan ba kayo lahat ngayon? if less than 20 employees po kayo excluding undocumented workers baka bumalik kayo sa 44-hours workweek system na kung saan if we sum-up the 4-hours in 4-Saturdays pwede gawing 2 Saturdays work at 8-hours and not OT.

kabayan,

more than 50 workers po kami dito, ang naiintindihan ko po sa ngayon company policy ang pinapatupad.hindi na base sa labor law.pati po kc koreano nabubwisit. bago pa lang po kc kami dito sa company kaya di pa po makaangal.tska mahirap po tlga maghanap ng work ngayon dahil sa krisis.pero just in case maka recover ang economy, ano po kaya ang maganda namin gawin dito? dahil sayang din po... 2 sabado din po yun. many thanks po

i agree kabayan, talagang maraming mga companies ngayon na naghihirap na... so ang opinion ko, kung may mga irregularities silang ipinatupad, as long as pwede pa matitis ninyo tiisin nalang muna kasi pag nagparelease din kayo wala naman din malipatan...

basta keep all the documents na pwede ninyo gamitin in case magreklamo kayo sa Labor in the future like payslip, daily time record or if wala i-takedown nyo lahat mga OTs ninyo for reference in the future, and bankbook na kung saan nakarecord lahat salary na nareceive ninyo...

in case makarecover ang Korea in the future at meron na kayo malipatang ibang companies, tsaka nalang kayo magreklamo sa Labor...
