Overtime Rate Computation... Empty Overtime Rate Computation...

Magkano po ang ot rate computation natin..di po ba 150% eh kapag more than 12 hrs ka na pong ngwowork magkano po ang ot rate nya 150% pa rin po ba or 170%? Or if straight kami from 8:30am to 8:30 am on the ff. day? Paano po computation..Please help..thanks po.

ang pagkakaalam ko ha..kung regular day po yan, 150% parin po kahit mag exceed k ng 12 working hours pero kung sunday or holiday yan kapag ng exceed kn ng 8 working hours 200% na ang OT rate, let's say 4,400 ang reg hours mo tapos 6,600 reg OT rate sa 200% 8,800 na, ganyan kasi computation sa dati ko company..hope it helps!
