Magandang araw po sa inyo. Ilalapit ko lang po sana problema namin d2 sa kumpanyang pinapasukan namin. 4 yrs na kami d2.
Una tanong ko po ilang percent po ba kapag may pasok ng sunday? We work start at 1:00 pm of sunday until 8:00 am monday total of 19hrs. ang ginagawa kasi ng amo namin sa comptation eh pumapatak na 1 1/2 days lang kaya nagbabayad lang saya ng 90,000 won.Sa pagkakaalam kasi namin dapat per hr ang bayad saka sobrasobra ang ot hrs namin. sa 19 hrs na ot namin at from monday to saturday night shift work bigay lang sya ng 1,000 won at habang nag wowork kami kasabay ang breaktime. sa contract nami may 1 hr kaming breaktime. sa computation kasi ng amo namin kapag sunday
Employers computation on sunday overtime.

8:00-13:00 = 5hrs X 6000 won = 30,000 won, kung night shift kami ng saturday ( start
time 19:00-08:00 AM then diretso ot 08:00-13:00pm

19hrs = 1 1/2 day = 90,000 won = kung pasok kami ng 13:00pm sunday - 08:00am monday

Salary namin d2 1,500,000 won = 904,000 basic
+200,000 other allowance ( 기타 수당 )
+396,000 night time labr ( 야간 그로)

1,500,000 won day and night shift
day shift 11hrs ( 08:00am-19:00pm)
night shift 13hrs (19:00pm-08:00am)

Asko lang po kung tama ang bigay ng amo namin sa amin. sa tingin po kasi namin eh mali ang computation nila.Lagi namin cla ask kung bakit ganito ang lagi nila sabi eh company rules not labor rules.ano po sa tingin nyo ang dapt namin gawin.

kabayang JANN,

patayan pala trabaho nyo dyan,,,dapat mas malaki pa sa 1.5 Million won ang sinasahaod nyo.....
Ito po ang naging basehan po namin sa pag compute ng salary...
PER HOUR:
one hour :4000 won
O.T.per hour:6000 won (150%per hour rate)
Night Differencial:2000 won per hour(10 p.m. to 6 a.m.)

Since hindi po kayo naka fixed at nasunod sa labor ang basic nyo,,try nyo lang pong i compute ang mga exceeding hours ng 8 working hours nyo po..
Bawat kompanya po kasi may mga policy...kahit maidulog nyo pa sa labor ang hinaing ninyo ,,kompanya pa rin ang mananaig lallo nat ito po ang nakasulat SA STANDARD LABOR CONTRACT NYO PO...un po gawin nyong basehan...

kabayang jann,,,,kung talagang may duda ka sa sahod nyo .at talaga namang dapat na makuha natin ang tamang sahod..try to consult sa mga migrant center...para matsek nila yung status ng contract nyo at maibigay ang para sa inyo..kasi marami tayong mga benepisyo na hindi naiibigay satin dahil hindi tayo nagtatanong..nababalewala na lang at nauuwi sa wala...may karapatan tayo sa pinaghirapan natin..at dapat nating ipaglaban

kabayan unang batayan jan kung hawak nu ung kontrata nu look u po dun kung ano nkasaad sa pinirmahan nu kz un masu2nod dhil nkapirma na kau so kung sa kontrata nde nla cnunod ung nkasaad dun at alam nu kulang kau pde nu po ilapit yan goyong to ask an advise f pano ga2win kz kung mrn mali kol nla ung amo den pag ayaw ibigay ng amo ung kulang na para tlga senyo sa2hihin nla ilapit nu yan sa ministry of labor kz kung 22usin sobra lugi kau eh malaki nawawala...pro e2 lagi tatandaan once lumapit na po kau sa ganyan pde magalit amo den reles kau ....slamat po

sir/maam u shud be earning 2 million kung pung pinapasok nyo ng sundays and also 19 hours na nsasabi nyo!

as per experience maam/sir.

you should complain to labor office or migrant center, about that pra ma correct ang mistake sa computation of ur salary..

san puba location nyo city aand town so ican refer u to the nearest labor office.

and pwedi rin after ur contract dun kau magcomplain para di ka pag initan ay even though release na kau ay makukuha nyo pu yan base upon the labor rules and regulation.. so if u file complain and worrying about ur case migrant or labor office can provide you free lawyer kaya u dont have to worry if ever ur employer will oppose with ur complain.

during my case tinakot din ako ng employer that he wud fight in court kya natakot ako pero labor offices guaranteed me free lawyer kya at the end of the story nagbayad na lang sakin ang employer ko for settlement kase abala lang sa kanya un eh.. rather attending some hearings...
