one year nako sa december at hindi muna ako pipirma ng bagong kontrata hanggat di ako magbabakasyon sa atin.. 3 yrs valid ng visa ko at single entry. makakapagbakasyon ba ako kahit walang re-entry na tatak at walang pinipirmahan na bagong kontrata. sino makakasagot?

brad payo ko kung gusto mu talaga magbakasyon..paalam ka na agad ipaalam mu sa company mu ung plano mu...ayusin mu muna ung re-contracting procedures bago ka magbakasyon atleast 45days ata before mapaso ung kontrata e pede na agad iprocess..tanung mu kung tama ako...or magbakasyon ka muna at bumalik more than 1week bago mapaso ang 1st year contract mu..ung kasi ang minimum e..

mag maigeng pumirma ka ng bagong kontrata bago ka magbakasyon..nang sa ganun di ka magkaroon ng problema/delays etc...payo lang yan...mahirap ksing bumalik na wla ka employer di ba?
