hello kababayan jan sa korea..gusto ko lang po mag tanong or mag inquire..kze po yung friend ko married to korean then nag invite po xa sken na pumunta ng korea under tourist visa yun nga lang po masyadong mahal ang gastos sa tourist visa isa pa marami requirements ang korean embassy..ginawa ng friend ko pumunta cla sa immigration jan sa korea kasama korean husband nya para mag inquire sa invitation letter...sad to say sabi ng immigration relatives lang ng wife ang pede bgyan ng invitation letter...so ang mangyayari nito ako ang mag apply ng tourist visa at my own expense...parang ndi ako qualified para mbgyan ng tourist visa kze maliit lang ang ipon ko para ma cover lahat ng expenses ko jan sa korea...ndi din naman ako matulungan ng friend ko kze wala xa trabaho ngaun...ndi ko alam kung panu ggwin ko...plano namen pag na approve ang tourist visa ko eh may alam na xa na papasukan ko jan at ang employer na bahala mag lakad ng papers ko...naguguluhan po ako sa dapat kong gawin...sir dave or my fellow kababayans i need your advice...thank you and more power po sa column na ito...

hello kabayan,

sorry to inform you na mahirap po mag-apply ng tourist visa if walang mag-iinvite sayo and especially if wala kang maipakitang enough money under your account... you even need an agent to process your tourist visa...

at saka, yung sinabi mong meron ka nang employer na magproprocess ng papers for work dito sa Korea sakaling makakarating ka under tourist visa... malabo po ata yan mangyayari... kasi po, if tourist visa ka, bawal po makapagwork dito... if under E-9 visa naman or EPS, diri rin pwede kasi di ka pa naman nakapagtake at pumasa ng KLT exam... if E-7 visa naman, you should have a profesional work experience and educational background plus the company na maghahire is also qualified to hire a skilled foreign worker...

so to make short, you can only work here in Korea for longer period of time unless kung ikaw ay mag-iiregular stay or mag-TNT...

sir dave thank you po sa advice nyo...makakatulong po ito sa akin...actually sir gusto ko maiwasan yung mga na isyuahan ng tourist visa tapos upon arrival sa airport d2 sa korea na A to A cla...maxadong complicated kze yung ganung sitwasyon...so in short po sir dave gusto ko lang mging legal ang entry ko sa korea thats why i seek advice from you...thank you po sa advice...and sir dave anu po ang pinaka the best kong gawin para po mkpag trabaho sa korea? actaully marami ang nag advice na dumaan me sa poea...is this the only possible way para makapag work sa korea or do you any other suggestions? please sir dave feel free to make any suggestions...it will help a lot...thank you kabayan and more power po...

i understand your point...

para sa mga nagnanais magwork ng Korea legally, if you don't have profesional work experience and related education background, E-9 Visa (EPS) through POEA lang talaga ang pwede...or unless makapag-asawa kayo ng Korean national...

Magandang araw po sir dave... tanong ko po ay tungkol s case ng friend ko... kasal po sya s koreano ng 3 yrs tpos tinakbuhan po nya ung korean at hnd nya hawak ung mga papers nya nsa asawa nya, makakakuha pa rin ba sya ng visa or marerenew ba nya ung visa nya (kc nag expired na ung visa nya), kahit wala s kanya ung mga papers nya? at ano po bang papers ang kailangan nya para makakuha ulit ng visa? maraming salamat po at mabuhay po kayo...

Good day po kabayan, makisabad na po.wla ho fix airfare kc everyday po fluctuating ang peso-dollar-won rate.So better for you to refer in your preferred airbus carrier website like cebu pacific & Phil Airlines etc. Google search available po mga yan & pwedi kayo mgpa-booking online & in advance pra po makamura.At sa pagkakaalam ko po ay mas mura pag dyan sa pinas ngpa-booking like Cebu Pacific promos last time na more or less 5K+ ay balikan na.

I suggest na visa po muna pag-ukulan nyo ng pansin gaya nga ng svi ni Sir Dave sa taas medyo may kahirapan nagyon kumuha ng tourist visa unless may invitation letter kayo from Korea relatives.

kabayan,

about sa case ng friend mo... in my personal analysis, if wala pa po silang anak malabo pong makapagrenew siya ng F2-Visa without the support of her Korean husband especially na tumakas pala siya... the worst case, magiging TNT po siya once her current F2-Visa will be expired...

please refer below for more details for requirements on F2-visa renewal/extension...


Spouse of Korean people
1) Passport and foreign registration card
2) Application form
3) A Marriage relation certificate(showing the fact of marriage and issued by town office)
4) A resident register of spouse
5) Reference of spouse
6) Fees (tax stamp 20,000 won)

Standard of the review of permission for extension of stay or renewal (take a look on these!):
1) Reasonableness of domestic long-term residence
2) In case of the spouse of Korean people, whether or not of normal marriage life
3) In case of marriage of convenience or no actual living together, the extension of stay shall be limited.

i don't know why they ask you to provide such requirement but since it's the Korean Embassy that requires you, i think you should comply that in order for you to be able to come back to Korea as soon as possible... wala na tayong magagawa dyan... discretion po talaga yan ng Korean Embassy... hope nakatulong... thanks...

miss noyen,nung ngpunta ba kau ng korean embassy dala nu b lhat ng kailangan sa pag-apply ng spouse visa?
kc klan lng dumating dito sa korea ung kakilala ko na filipina din,pero citizen na sia dito.bale divorced sya sa asawa nyang koreano.tapos ng-asawa ng filipino,na dating ngwork dito sa korea at ng-tnt ng 7 years.3 months lng sya sa pinas then nkbalik na dito sa korea.
me ban din pla sa mga nag-tnt khit na mag-asawa ng korean national?
