mttapos na po ang visa ko nxt year for a total of 6yrs., im planning to re-apply again sa POEA after pag uwi ko at pasok pa naman ang age ko. ask ko lang if pwede na ba ako agad mag apply pag-uwi ko? need ko pa ba mag Korean Language Test? thank you.

hi irvinjay,

sad to say that if an EPS worker has reemployed already, he/she is not qualified to apply again under EPS (E-9 Visa)...

in other words, if an EPS worker has given an opportunity to work 3yrs + 3yrs or 3yrs + 1yr & 10mos, and once his/her visa is finished or terminated, that means he/she cannot apply again to Korea under EPS visa...

but if u apply for another type of visa not an E-9 visa like for ex. E-7 visa... as long as you and the hiring company are qualified, it is posisble...

im just confused. i think we have same inquiry but different explanation. which one is correct? thanks. [i]

sir dave, gud pm po! gusto ko lang sanang itanong kung pwede ulit mag apply sa poea papunta d2 sa korea ang 1ng eps na tapos n ang contract d2 sa korea ng 6yrs?
at gaano po katagal ang ipaghahantay kung sakali?

according to current EPS policy, hindi na po pwede mag-apply back to Korea under EPS (E-9 Visa) ang isang EPS worker na nakapagprocess na ng reemployment kasi one-time reemployment lang ang allowed...

in other words, lahat na mga EPS workers na nabigyan ng 3yrs + 3yrs or 3yrs + 1yr & 10mos opportunity to work in Korea, ay hindi na pwede mag-apply uli ng POEA sa Pinas unless magkaroon ng changes ang current policy...
