tanong ko lng po kz naaksidente po ako sa company namin.di po nkkpagwork now.may mkukuha din po ba ako sahod?ilan percent po kung meron?at ano po dpat q gawin para makuha yun?sana po msolusyunan nyo to.tnx na marami at more power.

Pwedi mo rin gamitin ang annual paid leave mo kabayan (12 - 15 days/ year, depende sa working hour scheme nyo) in addition sa insurance benefit na maki-claim mo , i-file mo lng sa opisina nyo kung ilang araw ka di nkapasok pra maibawas sa existing annual paid leave credits mo in a year.thnx

kabayang marlmac,

ilang days po ba kayong di nagwowork? if umabot ng 4 or more days, then you should avail benefits from Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance... you should get 70% salary based from your minimum wage kahit hindi kayo nagwowork due to accident... yung expenses nyo ng hospital ay dapat din refundable or shouldered by the said Insurance... punta lang kayo ng labor office to file for it... or you may call KOMWEL at 02-2670-0319 (english)...

in case less than 4-days lang kayo hindi nakapgwork, your employer must shoulder your hospital expenses as well as 70% salary...

It was already my last (6th)year here, in Korea but were not given an annual paid leaves by my employer. Puede ko pa rin po ba itong i-file at ma-claim, just in case?

sir..good day po.tanong ko lang po kung makaka avail ako ng annual paid leave benefit kung 7 kami..? 1 bujangnim 2 kwajangnim 3 foreigners 1 korean..
bale almost 3 years na po ako dito sa company namin..

mga ka sulyap nag tanong na kami sa labor office dito sa bucheon.. kasi alam ko mga matatapang ang labor officer ng bucheon.. kasi may ka sulyap tayo humingi ng tulong regarding sa anual leave with pay na yan..

ang unang tanong ng labor officer sa amin.. may work ba kayo during legal holidays?

kasi ang sabi nya kong di umabot ng 15 employees and more ang company mo at wala kayong pasok during legal holidays.. di tayo maka claim ng anual leave with pay.. kahit nakalagay na atleast 80 percent ng working days pwede mag claime but sad to say.. wla kaming nakuja na anual leave with pay...

tama po ba yung sinasabi ng company namen na hindi na kme babayaran ng annual leave dhil binabayaran na daw yung mga red calendar namen bale substitute daw yung bayad s red calendar don sa annual leave nmen...eh hindi naman po kame binabayaran ng xtra pra s red calendar kasama rin nmn un s kwenta ng basic namen..tnx po

sa ngayon mam lahat na rason nila gnayan talaga.. tanong ko lang sa yo may trabaho ba pati lingo sa inyo.... at ilang kayong worker sa fctory nyo...

minsan may pasok kme ng linggo pero naglilinis lng kme non me bayd din un bale overtime....bale 9 kameng pinoy at 3 koreano sa mismong production lang...

wala nmang kwenta yan sa mga kumpanyang maliliit at sa mga may empleyadong 20 or 30 katao. d nila pinapatupad yan.. ilang beses na namin nireklamo yan sa goyang wla nman clang nagawa. ang alowed lng nila ung big company mga may 50 pataas na empleyado. kaya wag na kaung umasa jan mga swapang yang mga kurikong na yan.
