Among workers who have taken maternity leave based on Article 72 of the Labor Standards Act, workers whose total unit period of insurance before the end of the leave is over a total of 180 days are eligible for maternity leave benefits - if these qualifications are met, then the worker must fill out and submit a maternity leave benefits application form at the job security center that is within the jurisdiction of the authorities in their area of residence within 6 months of the last day of the maternity leave - the amount of the maternity leave benefit is the same as the normal wage of the worker according to the Labor Standards Act, and if the calculated normal wage exceeds 1.35 million won, then the worker receives 1.35 million won.

Among workers who have taken parental leave for more than 30 days, only workers whose total unit period of insurance is 180 days or more and whose spouses have not taken a parental leave for the same child, are qualified for parental leave benefits - if these qualifications are met, then the worker must receive a parental leave validation form from the user and submit it at the job security center that is within the jurisdiction of the authorities in their area of residence after 1 month and within 6 months of the last day of the parental leave - a worker can apply for a parental leave benefits monthly or as a lump-sum payment, but the worker must apply within 6 months after the end of the parental leave - the amount of parental leave benefits is a fixed amount of 400,000 won.

sir,itatanong ko naman po kung pano mag file ng claims
para sa unemployment.Release kasi ako,may deduction ako pra sa
goyong bohm.pano po i-claim un???

punta lang kayo sa labor center dala mga medical certificate...may pasilidad po don para sa mga ktulad nyo...

khit di po ba relis at ok lng sa compony na buntis ako kailangan pa po bng magfile sa labor or emigration ng maternity leave pls.

mam rmrubis,,,try mo ivisit ang jobcenter na malapit sa inyo o nodongbu..don po maipaliwanag lahat ng karapatan mo...lahat ng privilage mo..makakakuha ka kasi ng maternity benefits like sa sss satin..bukod pa don yung mr mo..kung andito sya,,at may privilage kp na mas mahabang bakasyon..diko na masyado elaborate ...mas maganda personal mo na maitanong sa kanila..may interpreter tayo kung di kayo magkaintindihan
