may kaunti ako alam depende yun sa company...pag ok sa company traet sya fair as korean citizen leave for 3 months pero bayad...better if you will ask your boss... Very Happy

Andito ka para magtrabaho kapatid hindi para magpabuntis..I'm sure ikahihiya ka ng magulang mo..Kung buntis ka, habang maaga umuwi ka na lang at doon isilang ang bata at alagaan.Huwag mong gayahin ang ginagawa ng iba na isisilang dito ang bata saka ipapadala sa Pinas..at ang maghihirap ay yung mga magulang.

ganun po ba?mainam po kung ganun...pero ganun pa rin po ang advise ko...mas makabubuti na habang maaga magpaalam na sya sa amo niya,kunin at i-claim lahat ng benefits na makukuha at umuwi na lang sa atin total andito ka naman..kaya mo naman cguro silang suportahan..ito po namay advise lamang...napagdaanan ko na rin po kasi ganitong sitwasyon..salamat!!

salamat po!!pero,hindi po kaya pwedeng d2 n lng muna cya manganak tapos sabay n lng clang uuwi nung baby ko?
pwedeng-pwede yan... but you have to consider these things...

1) go to the Ministry of Labor first and confirm if your wife can avail the maternity leave (with pay). as i know from the Standard Labor Law, all foreign workers are entitled for a meternity benefits... but siguraduhin mo lang sa labor coz baka meron Memorandum of Agreement (MOU) ang Phil. and Korea na hindi pwede ang maternity benefits sa mga EPS workers.
2) you have to consider also the expenses... i'm sure mas mahal dito compare sa Phil. I have a friend just delivered her child 2 weeks ago here and sad to say na "pre-mature" ang bata and offcourse "cesarian". ang charges ay around 1.5 million won for cesarian operation, and 2 million won each month for baby's incubating process. excluding pa sa ibang expenses... we are not sure what will happen in the future di ba? at i know hindi ito inexpect ng friend ko...
3) last but not the least, who will take care of your wife sa hospital? ikaw? paano ang trabaho mo?

i don't like to advise you what need to do kabayan... that's your personal decision... but just don't forget to consider every possible situations...

maraming salamat po!!malaking tulong po ito at naunawaan ko ang tungkol d2.sa financial nmn po e medyo nakapag ipon na po ng konting panggastos kung magkaproblema man(pero wag nmn sana).gusto ko lng po malaman kung hndi cya mapapauwi,maraming salamat po ulit at mabuhay po kayo!!

LABOR STANDARD ACT ( LSA Article 74 ) MATERNITY LEAVE SYSTEM- states that an employer shall grant a pregnant female worker 90 days of maternity leave before and after childbirth, in such a case , 45 days or more shall be allocated after the child birth regardless of types of employment, regular attendance, type of occupation,age in accordance with the Korean Labor Law.


LABOR STANDARD ACT ( LSA Article 23 ) - PROHIBITION OF DISMISSAL DURING MATERNITY LEAVE- It states that an empolyer shall not absolutely dismiss a female worker during the period of Maternity Leave and within 30 days thereafter.

* A pregnant woman is prohibited to work at night, overtime more than 2 hours a day...
