maternity leave Empty maternity leave

good afternoon po mga kabayan,,lalo sa admin ng sulyap pinoy...release po ako at nka maternity leave till sept this year...galing po ako ng immigration at tinatakan ung alien card ko ng feb 26 2013 to sept 31 2013...medyo hirap po ako magbuntis angdami test na binibigay ng dr. ko at dahil release po ako d ko magamit ang pohum ko kaya medyo may kamahalan po kada visit sa dr. ..gusto ko po sana umuwi muna sa atin...ask ko lang po kung pwede ako umuwi ng pinas ng d magkakaprob sa pag balik after gave birth sa pinas..at ano pa ho ang mga ibang requirements or papers need to submit sa labor or immigration...sana po matulungan nio ako..maraming salamat po..God bless us all...
