C-3 VISA-TNT-LEGAL STAY, POSIBLE KAYA?...PAANO? Empty C-3 VISA-TNT-LEGAL STAY, POSIBLE KAYA?...PAANO?

hello po...ask ko lng po...ano po ba dapat gawin ng isang tnt if gus2 nyang maging legal ang stay nya d2?halimbawa,invited lng xa b4 then 3 yrs na xang tnt ngaun...pwede po ba xang magbayad pra maging working visa ang C-3 visa nya?magkano nman po kaya aabutin ng babayaran nya if ever?...posible po kayang magkaron xa ng working visa or legal stay d2 sa korea if aasikasuhin nya ang papers nya nang hindi xa huhulihin ng immigration authorities?paano po ba processing kung may possibilities man?...sana po magreply ung nakakaalam or ung may experience na ng ganitong situation...thanks po and more power. Smile

not unless magbibigay ng visa ulit ang korean government sa mga tnt like before...pero yung baguhin ang status mo to legal, no agency can do that here, only the government...umuwi ka dapat...or mag apply ka abroad, like canada....

ok lng nmn kung uuwi ka sa pinas kz kusa ka nmn su2ko sa knla pra malinis yun rekord mo keza sa nahuli ka d2 mas mlabo u mkabalik unless gagamit ka lng ibang name pro to travel another country ok lng nmn gamitin mo yun passport mo wag u mwalan ng pag asa be positive sa lhat ng bagay kz kung nwgative iisipin ntin palgi nde tau mkakapag move on dba...gudluck!!!enk u po
