TANONG LANG PO: Legal Stay in Korea Empty TANONG LANG PO: Legal Stay in Korea

Dumating po ako dito sa korea noong Aug.10,2004 at may visa na D-3 naging E-8 po noong July 28,2005 hanggang sa natapos ang kontrata kong 3 years.narecontract at bumalik po ako dito sa korea noong Sept.15,2007. mag-2years na po ako sa sept.15,2009 at sabi ng sajang ko hindi na raw ako irerenew,ngayon ang tanong ko po ay: ILANG TAON PO BA ANG NATIRANG STAY KO DITO SA KOREA at PUWEDE BA AKONG MAGPARELEASE(hindi pa ako nagpaparelease kahit minsan) yan lang po at salamat.

kabayan,

may isang taon ka pang natira after Sept. 15, 2009 kasi po you have a total of 3-years sojourn under EPS... at pwede kang hindi magrerenew ng contract mo after Sept. 15, 2009 or magparelease agad ngayon if merong violation ang current employer mo such as improper salary, not paying insurance, vacation leave, etc...
