RE-EMPLOYMENT GUIDE FOR EPS

Procedure for Re-employment

1. Apply for re-employment at the Employment Security Center (ESC) of Labor Department 30 days prior to the end of the 3 years contract and get the Certificate of Re-employment.

2. Apply for the Certificate of Visa Issuance at the Immigration (the employer can apply on behalf of the employee) 15 days prior to the end of the 3 years contract.

3. Apply for a Visa to the Korean Embassy in the Philippines 30 days prior to the departure from your native country.

4. Reentry to Korea

5. Register as foreigner worker

Necessary Documents

to be downloaded at the homepage of immigration: (http//incheon.immigration.go.kr/

1. The photocopy of Passport
2. The Certificate of Re-employment
3. The investigation report on the situation of actual work-place
4. Employment Permission
5. Hiring Contract
6. Certificate of Business Registration
7. Applicant:Employer or Employee (Power of Attorney and Certificate of Holding Office should be attached)
