hi there,,,i have a friend in korea under EPS. He is turning 37 years old this coming october...His contract under EPS-Korea will end on NOVEMBER. Is it possible for him to go home in the Philippines and reapply after 6 months?ksama p rin b cya sa pwedeng mgreapply..what is the cut off birthdate of all EPS-KOREA?
