karagdagang kaalaman lang po...

if your employer is currently holding your passport or trying to keep your passport, take it back... it is ILLEGAL according to Article 33-2 of Korea Immigration Act... please refer below for the details with Korean version...

Article 33-2 (Prohibition on Using Foreigner Registration Certificates as Means to Secure Fulfillment of Obligation)
Any person shall be prohibited from committing the act falling under each of the following subparagraphs:
1. The act of being provided with or coercing any foreigner to provide his passport or foreigner registration certificate for the purpose of using it as a means to secure a contract for job or the fulfillment of obligation;

第33條의2(外國人登錄證 등의 채무이행확보 수단제공 등의 금지) 누구든지 다음 各號의 1의 행위를 하여서는 아니된다.
1. 外國人의 旅券 또는 外國人登錄證을 취업에 따른 계약 또는 채무이행의 확보수단으로 제공받거나 그 제공을 강요하는 행위

you may also contact the Immigration Office Invistigation Division directly at tel. # 02-1345 or 1588-7191 in case pilit pa ring i-hohold ng employer ang passport nyo...

tama po yun.kahit san bansa ka pa mag ofw illegal na hawakan ng employer ang passport.pero di rin yun nasusunod.dati kami pag uwi na lng namin ng pinas tska ko uli nahawakan ang passport ko.siguro dahil na din sa naniniguro sila na di mag tnt,yun kasi ang panget na reputasyon ng pinoy na alam ng mga tga ibang bansa.kahit pa sabihin na may iba ibang dahilan mga kabayan nating nag tnt.

gud eve sir dave..ask ko lang po..yun po ba e-9 2 at e-9 ay magkaiba..kc yun cousin ko 3months pa lang d2 kr..ang visa dw na e=9 ay pang AGRICULTURE,,gus2 nya magparelease kc malupit amo nila..pde ba sya mgwork sa pabrika?/ tnx po in advance..

Sa kasamaang palad, hindi po maaaring makapagtrabaho sa isang pabrika/manufacturing kapag ang visa mo ay sa agriculture, subalit, kung may reason sya na tatanggapin ng labor, maaari po syang makapagtrabaho sa isang agriculture-based na amo workplace. Yan po ang purpose kaya naka-category na ang bawat eps na pumapasok dito sa korea, para masigurado ng gobyerno nila na nabibigyan nila ng angkop na bilang ng mga manggagawa sa bawat sektor na hawak ng EPS program.

Sir question ko lang po.. gano po ba katagal processing ng Alien Card?? Kasi mag two 2 months na ko dito eh wala pa rin akong ARC... yung passport ko po eh nasa Sajang na.. Bale 1 week after dumating kami dito eh kinuha nya yung passport namin tapos siningil kami ng 10000 won poara daw po sa ARC.. Hanggang ngayon po eh wala pa.. Oct. 5 po kami dumating dito..
