tanong lang sa mga may alam mahahabol ko pa ba ang night differential ko sa dati kong kunjang nagparelis ako kc alang night differential sa loob ng 3yrs. and 8 months..bale karerelis ko lang last may 27..tnx

as long as kumpleto ka sa payslip at daily time-in/time-out record, posible po yan... just file a petition at the local labor office...

may nakaindicate ba sa payslip mo na you're working in night shift where we can determine how many hour you're working in total? yun ang pinaka-importante na information kasi, what if sabihin ng employer mo na hindi na ka nagwowork ng nightshift? anong proof ang maipakita mo sa labor?

anong location ang dati mong company? pls. give complete address para maibigay ko rin sayo ang address ng local labor office covering your company...

basic lang at overtime ang naka indicate,pero meron po akong copy ng contract which is doon naksaad na 2 shift at yagan chugan nga...ang company ko po dati,Munwha san eop, ltd......179-1 kyungsin-ri nam myeon yangju-si gyeonggi-do,ang reason ng pujang ko dati pag chugan daw at lumagpas ng 10 pm dun daw may night differential pero pag panggabi daw wala...yun daw ang sabi ng labor sa nodungbo sa uijungbu...totoo po ba yun

nightshift differential only applies if you are working from 10PM to 6AM regardless if you are chugan or yagan... in that way, meron po kayong addtional allowance na 50% of ur basic salary...

im not sure if the contract is enough kasi im sure hanapan ka pa rin ng labor sa total hours you have worked in yagan na irereklamo mo... pero try mo na rin magfile ng petition... i hope the labor office will consider your contract as the only proof that you are working in yagan without receiving any nightshift differential allowance...
