gandang araw po tanong lang po nmim magtatatlong taon na po kmi sa kongjang nmin sa nxt may pero may extention daw po kmi gusto po ksi nmin kuhanin ang nigth differential nmin pag balik nmin para may laban na kmi nandito n kmi kung ngayon po ksi nmin kukuhanin bka dna kmi kuhanin ng amo nmin magalit samin pwede pa po ba mkuha yon kung sakali yagan tsugan po ksi ang pasok nmin 12 days po lgi ang duty nmin ska plang day of ng 2 days, yagan tsugan po ksi yon din bayad smin sana po mabigyan nyo kmi ng impormasyon tungkol dito salamat po

do you mean yung night shift duty ay hindi binayarahan ng additional 50% based on basic salary nyo?

ganito po... if ang basic salary nyo is let's say 4000/hour... if magwork kayo from 10PM to 6AM, ang salary nyo dyan is 6000/hour na (4000 x 150%)... so same ang computation sa overtime din...

if dayshift kayo and you work until 12midnight... yung 10PM to 12midnight ay dapat 200% na ang salary (4000 x 200% = 8000/hour).

granting hindi talaga kayo binayaran according to sample computation above, pwede kayo magreklamo sa labor office after na-rehired na kayo but mahaba po ang laban if gusto talaga kunin ninyo ang kulang na salary... kasi if hindi magbayad ang employer at the labor office request... pwede rin kayo magsampa ng case sa korte at need ninyo ng abogado...

nagtanong na ba kayo sa amo nyo kung bakit hindi kayo binayaran ng tama? try to ask na bayaran niya ng tama ang night shift work ninyo...

hindi pa po nmin na nttanong yong amo nmin tungkol don pero lhat ng nging kwajang nmin sinasabi nmin bkit wla kmi nigth dffrential sbi nla maliit lang daw na co. kmi pasok po nmin 12 days 8 t0 8 bli 12 hours po deretso po yan daanan pa rin nmin lingo ot lang po nmin 4 hours daily times 1.5 lang kya mlaki po nawawala samin

by the way, ilan lang ba kayo lahat employees ng company nyo? if 4 below lang excluding TnT, hindi po applicable ang additional 50% of your basic salary na bayad sa OT work nyo... applicable lang yan sa mga companies with 5 or more legal employees...

kabayan pwede po ba makuha cphone no.nyo para matawagan nmin kayo ng mkahingi kmi sa inyo ng payo kung ano mganda gawin nmin ... salamat po
