hello po s lahat!!!
sir dave, help nman po...dati aq eps umuwi aq 2008 pa..gusto po aq kunin ng dati q employer to work sa same company where i worked b4 dyan s korea kaso hndi nya alam procedure ng pgkuha ng visa..ano po b mga requirements at steps sa pgkuha ng visa?..anong type po ang visa q?..thanks po!!!

hindi ka ba nakapag-exam ng KLT last May 2? yun sana ang pagkakataon mo na makakabalik ka dito under E-9 Visa (EPS) pa rin kasi yun lang talaga ang applicable working visa for foreign workers under manufacturing industry...
merong other option like E-7 visa but the position to be hired are mostly skilled jobs and the hiring company should show some proof to the corresponding government Ministry that the company really need to hire a foreign worker... plus you should have an educational background and work experience related to the position to be hired... so medyo mahirap ang requirments ng E-7 visa...
one more thing, try to tell your previous employer to ask the labor office if it still allowed to hire foreign worker under D-3 Visa (Industrial Training)

i am not sure if until now the labor office still grants a hiring employer to request a certain name of KLT passers to be hired... i suggest, ask your employer to call or visit the local labor office which has a jurisdiction of your employer's location to ask that matter...
but to give you an idea, way back 2006, i have a friend who was hired by a certain company by requesting her name after recommendation of her cousin... ang ginawa daw ng company, nagrequest lang sila sa labor office...
be sure your wife has already submitted her passed medical result para ma-include na siya sa job roster...
