kabayang fhergain,

direct hiring is only applicable to professional visas like E-7 and others except E-9 visa... tinatawag po yang direct hire process kasi ang hiring employer is the one processing the visa for foreign applicants without using any agency or government to government program like EPS...

so meron talagang direct hiring since before pa...

sir bigyan mo ako ako ng tamang prosiso kasi gus2 ko malaman kung paano mag pa invite d2 gus2 ko kasi pabakasyunin asawa ko ano poh ba gagawin ko thx poh

kabayang bhongske,

if your visa is E-9, you can invite your wife under tourist visa only (C-3)... please click HERE and read thoroughly for the details...

if E-7 visa ka naman, you can invite your wife under F-1 (family visitation) but you must ask a recommendation letter from your company to support your wife's invitation...
