31st of the month not included in salary?
Madam/Sir ,
ask ko lang po kung included ang 31st of the month as one day salary? kc po ung boss ko sabi nya di daw kasama yon. Monthly lang daw sweldo,,, at saka ung computation nya ay 30 days po ang one month, di po ba 28.25 lang ang working days natin?katuwiran po nya kapag febreaury daw 28 lang ang araw,,,,paki clarify naman po.thanks in advance ,

kahit monthly pa ang computation sa salary ninyo, dapat hindi pa rin yan bababa sa minimum wage per hour... pag walang OT, ang basic monthly salary ninyo should be 836,000 won for 40-hrs workweek system... pero if yung dati nyong company was implementing 44-hrs workweek system wherein yung dati nyong basic salary was 852,020 won, dapat yun pa rin ang sahod ninyo hanggang ngayon... kasi sa policy, hindi po dapat lesser sa dating sahod ninyo ang bagong sahod after the company was changing 44-hrs to 40-hrs workweek system...
while if your company is still implementing 44-hrs workweek system, your basic salary must be 904,000 won...

dito po sa amin sa suwon,binabayaran nila ang 31st of the month,kaya may plus 32,000won kami pag may 31st ang month,from month of february naman less 2 days ang inaalis nila.
