good day to sulyapinoy, as an EPS doubt lng ako sa computation ng salary namin, sa march 2007 920,000w na ang monthly, namin sa april 2008 pinapirma kami ng papel stated increased of salary but changed the computation of 920 basic per month to 835 per month basic + 2 saturdays paid 49,000w per sat. total of 98+ 835= nakareceive na kami ng 933,000w per month basic salary kasi po sabi 4 sat.no work as mandated by labor they request as to work 2 sat. per month w/pay, tama ba 2? hindi ba ito makaapekto sa severance pay ko, na ang basis sa computation basic sal. per month x 3 baka lng po 835 x 3 na basis hindi yung 933, yun lng po thank u very much sana maintindihan po ninyo ang problema ko , pasensya na sa format,,rgds. and morepower sa lahat ng bumubuo sa site na to...
