kabayan depende yan sa kompanya. dito sa lugar namin maraming kompanya ang nag extend ng pinoy workers for 2 additional years after 3 year contract.

Kabayang giovanphil, clarification lang po after 3 years of contract hindi po 2 additional years yan back to zero po tayong mga EPS, ibig sabihin 3 years po ulit ang contract natin from the word "re-contract". ngayon po ang sinasabing additional 2 years or 3 + 2 years ay ito po yong isasabatas pa lang ng Korean Gov. kung matutuloy sana itong darating na buwan. Sa kadahilan ng crisis ng bansang korea ay hindi agad ito naipatupad kaya maghintay lang po sana tayo.

nais ko lang pong linawin... yung sinabi mo bang marami dyan sa inyo na nag-extend ng 2-years after their 3-yrs sojourn has expired ay hindi na umuwi ng Pinas at diritso na silang nagwork sa same employer? if yan po ang ibig mong sabihin, can you give one phone number sa mga naka-experienced at gusto ko po siyang tawagan para maiconfirm ko?

NOTE: tama po si mr. xfiles... hindi pa po implemented ang additional 2-yrs sojourn to make it a total of 5-yrs... ang current implemented ngayon ay yung rehire which is an EPS worker must go back to the Philippines mandatorily for 45-days or more and get a new Working Visa before he can come back to the same employer na nagrerehire sa kanya... then after he can come back to Korea, he is entitled to another 3-yrs sojourn...

granting ma-aprove na yung additional 2-yrs, he is entitled to 5-yrs sojourn... but yung hindi pa narerehire, no need na po silang i-rerehire ng current employer after 3-yrs sojourn kasi nga meron pa po silang additional 2-yrs... and since hindi na kailangan i-rerehire, hindi pa pwede makuha ang "kukmin" and "toejigeum"...
