To Admin,
kabayan tanong ko lang po. pano kung hindi na irerehire ng company ang isang foreign worker after 3yrs. ano po ang dapat gawin para makahanap ng panibagong employer. i have a fren kasi na 3yrs. na this coming june 27,2009 at wla silang extension ano po ang dapat nyang gawin. hope for immediate reply. tnx and more power.

To Admin,
kabayan tanong ko lang po. pano kung hindi na irerehire ng company ang isang foreign worker after 3yrs. ano po ang dapat gawin para makahanap ng panibagong employer. i have a fren kasi na 3yrs. na this coming june 27,2009 at wla silang extension ano po ang dapat nyang gawin. hope for immediate reply. tnx and more power.

pwede siyang magpaparelease at maghanap ng bagong employer na pwedeng magrerehire sa kanya...

pero huwag muna siya magpaparelease this month kasi baka ma-approve na ang 2-years sojourn extension... advise kasi ng labor, expected this month daw ang approval and impementation of additional 2-years sojourn... so, paki-hintay nakang until end of April...

granting na ma-implement na, meron pa po siyang another 2-years stay sa Korea at no need na siya mag-exit ng Korea... thanks.

yung fren ko eh yeoja po at baka hindi na din sya irehire kasi magstop na din company nila yun ang sabi sa kanila. balak nya sana magparelease bago matapos contract nya. ano po ang dapat na reason nya? makahanap pa kaya sya employer na magrehire sa kanya? ano po ang magandang paraan na gawin nya? maraming salamat po and more power.
kabayan,
pwede sabihin ang totoo na magpaparelease nalang siya para maghanap siya ng ibang employer na magrerehire sa kanya... magrequest nalang siya ng maayos para maawa yung employer at i-approve siya...

kung meron mga violation ang employer like hindi tamang salary sa overtime or hindi pagbayad ng insurance pwede niya idahilan yan na pagpaparelease niya... in that case, hindi pwede makapagpigil ang employer... punta nalang siya ng labor...

mahirap talaga ngayon maghanap ng trabaho pero kung hindi mamimili at willing siyang mag-devote her time sa paghahanap im sure makakita din siguro siya...

1) as of today, hindi pa po approve ang additional 2-years sojourn but it is expected to be approved within this month (April)... yung friend mo, kahit ba ma-approve na ang additional 2-years sojourn, ayaw pa rin po ba i-renew and contract niya ng employer niya ngayon? kasi if i-renew pa rin siya, huwag muna sana siya magpaparelease until end of this month kasi mahirap po maghanap ng trabaho ngayon... if ma-approved na po ang 2-years, no need na mag-exit ang isang EPS worker after his 3-years sojourn expired kasi nga may additional 2-years extension pa...

2) kahit D3 (Industrial Trainee) makaka-avail pa rin ng "toejigeum" provided that you have worked for 1-year or more in the company.. in your friend's case, counted pa rin yun...

kahit po maaproved po yung 2 yrs sojourn eh hindi na po sya irerecontract kasi po her company will stop operating until june po. one thing is that mag-isa na lang syang pinay doon at sa bundok pa factory nila kaya malungkot. kaya naisip nyang way is to be released early. ano po pocedure in changing workplace? salamat po sa pagtulong nyo at sana marami pa kayong matulungan na kababayan natin. God bless and more power.

sad to hear that... magpaparelease nalang siya... she has still enough time to look for a new employer na magrerehire sa kanya... or if ma-approve na ang 2-years, she can still find new employer to work for... magtiyaga lang talaga sa maghahanap kasi ngayon mahirap po maghanap ng trabaho...

just tell her to visit the regional labor office (job center) who has a jurisdicition of your company para dun humingi siya ng release paper right after she will leave her current employer... if meron na siya release paper, she must visit all available regional labor offices para mag-ask ng referral for a new employer or asking some help thru friends...
