alien card issuance pero di binigay passport

mga kasulyap nung binigay ba sa inyo ng sabay ang alien card tsaka passport? kasi kami alien card lang binigay. nasa kanila pa yung passport namin

mgandang araw kbyan.makikisabat lang po bka sakali maka2long.bale po pg na issuance na tau ng aliencard pg binigay po sa inyo ng mga sajang natin kasama po na ibabalik dapat ung passport nyo.wag po kau pumayag na aliencard lang ang ibigay sa inyo kasi po bwal po un nasa batas po yan.pwede nyo kausapin amo nyo para kunin po ung passport nyo.

Ayon sa Korean labor law;
art.33(2) of the immigration control act prohibits the act of being provided with or coercing any foreigner to provide his/her passport or foreigner registration certificate for the purpose of using it as a means to secure a contract for job or the fulfillment of obligation.If an employer keeps a passport of a worker in conduct of employment,the employer shall be punished with imprisonment for not more than three years or a fine not exceeding 20 million won..
Base sa Article na ito, hindi dapat kinukuha ang passport ng isang employer ang passport kasi ang passport maliban sa ARC ay sya lang pagkakakilanlan natin.
ngunit, kausapin ang sajang kung bakit nya hinahawakan ang passport nino, kung itoy for SECURITY lamang ito ay maari pero kung itoy gagamtin para lamang laban sa inyo
hindi ito maari..

maari nyo pong kunin yun... kmi din nung binigay arc nmin nd binigay passport pero kunwari mag oopen ako ng account kaya ibinigay din sa akin...

halu halu po!kami rin kinuha ung passport namin..pero pwd rin daw naming hiramin...pero gusto ko ring kuhanin un nga lang sabi po dati na dito na pinoy talagang hinhawakan dw nila..d daw namin pwdng kuhanin..
