how can i get my alien card

hello..good day to all.. i just arrived here in seoul last tuesday, and according to the secretary of my sponsor i need to get may alien card asap..but they have no time to accompany me to the immigration due to their hectic schedule..

baka naman po may makakatulong sakin para malaman ko yun procedure kung pano ako makakakuha ng alien card... and ano po yun requirements na kelangan ko ipakita..

Dapat yung boss mo punta sa Immigration, kc marami documents ng company kailangan nila i-submit para makakuha ka ng Alien Card. Mga tax pa ng company, patawagin mo boss mo sa immigration para malaman nya kung ano documents na i-submit nya sa immigration.

ganun ba kuya emart...kasi yun secretary ng boss ko kausap ko kanina at sabi nya ako daw mgisa pumunta ng immigration kasi busy aw sila..kaya ngtataka ako pano ko pupunta magisa eh di ko alam kung san yun and anong mga requirements ang need ko.. thanks kuya.. ire-rely ko na lng sa boss ko para makausap nya secretary nya....

Common required documents
Passport
Application form
1 color photos (3cm x 4cm)
Process Fee: KRW 10,000 (Government Revenue Stamp)

Other required document as according to the status (Specially Designated Activities (E-7) )
·A copy of business registration
·Instructor at a foreigners' school, foreign educational institute or international high school
- Original medical checkup including drug test(TBPE test) and AIDS test(HIV test) issued within 3 months from the application date

※ Medical checkup should be issued by general hospital, hospital, clinic under Article 3 of the Medical Law or public health center under Article 7 of the Regional Health Law or medical center under Article 8.

its better you ask your employer to process your ARC kasi syempre mahihirapan kang pumunta ng immigration office... if busy pa sila ngayon, hintayin mo nalang ng kunti... anyway, no need to worry kasi the requirement to register a foreign worker at immigration is within 90-days from the date of ur arrival in Korea... just constantly follow-up your employer...

for the required documents naman, if you're working under manufacturing industry ito lang po ang mga requirements...

1. Application form
2. Original passport
3. 1-colored photo (3cm x 4cm)
4. Copy of business registration of the company
5. Fee : 10,000
6. Signed Employment Contract
7. If your visa is single status, you can apply for re-entry permission. It cost 50,000KRW(multi-entry visa)
