Guarantee Insurance

Tanong lang po mga kabayan nagpadala po kasi sakin ang Seoul Guarantee Insurance Company or Labor Ministry ng notice na may makakatanggap po ako ng 2,000,000 bond amount, and it said here na if ever my company dont pay me or delayed payment doon po yata magagamit tong insurance na ito. Pwede po ba namin makuha to pagtapos ng contract namin matatapos napo kasi ako by feb 2012 so ilang months nalang bka po may na experience po kayo nakakuha neto. Maraming salamat po ....

nd po yan nakukuha...it's only a guarantee kung sakali nd ka sinahuran or delay ng 1 or 2months ang sahod u...ang pwede lng makuha after 1year contract ay departure guarantee insurance na mas kilalang tawagin as "toejikum"..

thanks sa reply but taegikum is not a departure guarantee insurance taegikum is if u complete a year within that company then you will be given a month pay based on your last 3 months salary they add it then divide it by 3 that was taegikum just like a 13month pay on our own country. departure guarantee insurance as far as I know is the one were given when we first arrive here in korea I think its worth 400k korean won and I know you can also get it back once you leave for korea for good as in finish contract or working visa is due. tnx again

sory but your wrong sir...departure guarantee insurance is commonly known in korean term as "toejikum", it is similar as "severance allowance/pay"...the 400K won that we paid when we first arrived here in korea is a return cost insurance commony known in korean term as "kuiguk-piyong pohom"...that return cost insurance is purchased through Samsung Fire & Marine Ins. Co., Ltd....please refer an EPS Insurance Guide Book if you have... Smile
