ma'am/sir pwede po ba malaman lahat ng computation po sa mga deduction ng EPS? ngayon na tumaas na naman ang rate ng sahod. ano po ang breakdown ng kaltas ng Small Business na katulad ko...Salamat po.

Deduction? same pa rin naman kc sa amin, monthly , kookmin, medical.. yun lang. pero sa kookmin or nps namin, malaki kaltas sa kin pero ok lang ito.mas malaki,mas maganda kc 50-50 kayo ng amo nyo.kung kinaltasan ka ng 50K..dadagdagan din yan ng 50k ng amo mo sa nps contribution.mas malaki,mush better kung talagang pinapasok sa nps kaya dapat,laging itago ang payslip at update nyo yung contribution ninyo sa nps.

hindi kasi kami kinakaltasan ng amo namin for the past 3 years. ngayon lang nasunod ang patakaran sa labor. kaya gusto ko po sanang malaman kung magkano po lahat ang kaltas. pag di kinatok ang amo ko e di kagagalaw e.

kabayan,may ginawang thread ang dating sulyap chairman tungkol dito.yung kaltas sa kookmin ko, hindi rin nasusunod,bagkus ay mas mataas pa kesa sa nakasaad sa labor na tamang kaltas.pero ok lang kc malaki naman ang balik sakin gaya ng naibalik sa akin noong first sojourn natin.yung medical naman,wala pang 30k won ang kaltas monthly. di ako sure kung may mga bagong batas na dapat idagdag sa mga kaltas. pero sa akin, yearly may kaltas sa akin na tax at sa medical.

Mga kabayan, para masigurado nyo na tama ung kaltas sa kukmin(NPS) directly inquire nalang kayo... ung kaltas kasi ay hinde base sa actual monthly income bugkos may standard monthly income na pinacomputan sa contribution ng NPS... every year magbabago po ang contributions. mas maliliwanagan kayo pag kayo na mismo ang magtanong.... ito po and site nila... www.nps.ok.kr clik lamang po ang english then ung Q&A tapos ung question and answer... konting info mga kabayan:

The monthly standard income is different from the real monthly income.
Let me explain the monthly standard income calculation system.
For employer-based insured persons, the contribution is 9% of the standard monthly income. Of this, 4.5% is paid by the insured person, and the other 4.5% is paid by their employer.
Please note that the standard monthly income is different from the actual earnings received by the insured person in any given month. What does this mean?
The standard monthly income is calculated by dividing the insured person’s total annual income from the previous calendar year by 365 (total days in a year), and then multiplying that number by 30 (days in a month). The resulting figure is the standard monthly income (non-taxable income is excluded from the calculation of real monthly income).
The insured person’s standard monthly income is applied from July of any one year through June of the following year, regardless of any changes in the insured person’s real monthly earnings.
For those individuals who have yet to work a full calendar year in Korea, their standard monthly income, till June of the following year , will be almost equal to their earnings in the first calendar month of their employment in Korea.
At June of the following year, their standard monthly income will be re-calculated by dividing their total income received in that year by the total number of calendar days in the period of their employment. As above, this will be applied from July of that year through June of the following year.
Upon completing a full calendar year of employment, the insured person’s standard monthly income will be recalculated accordingly.
Please check your monthly standard income based on the above procedure.
