tanon ko lng po kung after 3 years or 1st sojorn period ko ay pwede pa po akong mag pa release bale wla pa po akong release sa ngaun under p ako nung 4yrs and 10 mnths,.may balita po kc na once na na enew kna ng 3 yeasay di kna allowe ma pa relase

syempre friend nakakhiya naman sa nagrenew sayong company.1 yr and 10 mnths nalang aalisan mo pa sila.

bale nung mag 2yrs plng ako nag paalam na ako sa kanila tapos nag alisan din ung mga ksama ko so,naki usp cla sa akin na wag muna that time kya nag extend na ulit ako dpat ngaung mg 3years na ako. ang problema mxdo ng maikli ung time kung mag rerelease pa ako kya naicip ko na after nlng ma renew or 3 more months pa para dina mn mxdong nkakhiya sa knila..pero kung un ang batas na dina pwede pa release wla na akong choice hirap din kc ng work namin lalo na pag summer maliligo ka sa pawis.tapos tutok ung elektrikpan

Pwedi kung papayagan ka at may valid reasons ka kabayan.May 1 release ka pa natitira pag pinayagan ka.Since may usapan na kayo before at pinakiusapan ka lng na hwag muna, bka this time payagan ka na.Kung hindi ay wala kang magagawa khit knino ka pa magpatulong unless may valids reasons ka to change workplace lapit ka lng sa Labor Office na nakakasakop sa workplace mo.Hope the info would help...
