sir balita dito sabi sabi yun matatapos ang contract ng May 2009 3Yrs kahit di na daw lumabas ng korea dito na daw po. di na kailangan mag exit. toto po ba yun sir ............thanks po

kabayan,
that rumor is related to EPS 5-years sojourn new bill... once ma-approve na po yan sa National Assembly, yung current 3-years sojourn nyo ay magdagdagan po ng 2-years (total of 5-years)...

in that case, kahit tapos na po ang 3-years sojourn nyo, tuloy pa rin kayong magwork dito sa Korea for another 2-years... but as of today, hindi pa po approve ang bill na yan... we don't know yet when it will be approved and implemented but it is expected sooner... thanks...

under E-9 Visa (EPS), pwede po kayong mag bakasyon once a year habang hindi pa expired ang sojourn period nyo... but before that, you have to ask first an approval sa amo mo and pwede mo rin ask na gamitin mo ang 15-days paid leave mo... meron ka dapat 15-days paid leave a year if your employer has 5 or more regular employees...

Note: Don't forget na magpatatak ng "RE-ENTRY" sa passport mo the day of your flight para hindi ka ma-hold sa immigration pagbalik mo dito sa Korea... daan ka lang sa Immigration Office inside the Incheon Airport bago ka mag check-in at mag fill-up ng form...I can't remember kung magkano ang bayad... basta less than 100K won...
