sir dave,gud eve po.ask ko lang po if anu ang masusunod yung contract or yun visa,kasi po renew ako,re contract.magpaparelease po kasi ako,bago me uwi ang contract ko po na pinirmahan is aug.25,kaso ang nalakagay po sa alien card ko is araw nung bumalik ako dito which is oct.17,so alin po dun sa dalawa,ang tama na 1 year ko na,and yun po bang mga sajang may karapatan na i pa cancel yung visa namin?tnx po at sanay matugunan nyu ang katanungan ko po,

kabayang che che pakilinaw po ang iyong tanong ng masagot nmin nang malinaw din..medyo malabo po kasi ..kelan po ba kayo nag 3 yrs ...kung pumirma ka po ng bagong contract for renewal noong aug. 25, 2009 kelan ka po nakabalik, October na ba? kung october ka na nakabalik ay sa october ka mag 1year dyan sa company nyo...and hindi contract ang masusunod sa kundi ang visa mo kung kelan ka pumasok/bumalik dito sa korea..and kung me karapatan ba ang sajang or employer to cancel your visa ay pwede po dpende sa sitwasyon..kung kayo po ay nakabalik na rito sa korea di na makakansela ng amo mo ang iyong visa....sana nakatulong ang aking kasagutan...

hi che,

1) your duration of stay in the company should be based on your signed contract... so if Aug. 25 last yr ang signing of ur contract, the mag-1year ka by Aug. 24 this year... but pls take note... hindi na po ba kayo pinag-sign uli ng contract noong dumating ka sa company after vacation? kasi ang ibang company, magpapasign uli ng contract para maupdate ang date... if hindi na po so, yung Aug. 25 ang pagbabasehan mo kung kelan ka mag-1yr sa company... so if gusto mong magpaprelease after that date, you should inform your employer 1-month before Aug. 25 because that is the standard notification procedure according to the law...

2) yung ARC date mo naman... that would be ur basis for your total sojourn period in Korea... kung ang first yearr expiration ng sojourn mo is Oct. 17, 2010, so your last stay in Korea is on Oct. 17, 2012 since you are still belong to +3yrs policy... take note, contract signing date should be the basis for your length of stay in the company while ARC expuration date should be the basis for length of stay in Korea according to your total sojourn period...
