to whom it may concern,
Sa furniture company po ang trabaho ko,at balak ko sana na mag pa-release this month.Kaso mukhang di ako papayagan ng company ko.Kung sakali nga na di ako i-release,pwede po ba un?Since matatapos na next month ang pinirmahan kong kontrata,di ko gustong pumirma sa bagong kontrata na ibibigay nila.Considered na ba na release na ako nun?Clarifications lang po...thanks in advance!

kabayan tama ung gagawin mo wag kana pumirma sa another contruct mo
basta sabihin mo lang sa amo mo na di kana pipirma para makalipat ka ng ibang kumpanya wala namn sila magagawa magreport kalang sa labor kong anong araw ang pinakang last day mo dyan sa company mo.

i agree with sir alwyin... if ayaw mo nang pumirma ng new contract after expiration of your current 1-year contract, hindi po makapagpigil ang employer mo... pumunta ka lang sa Labor Office covering your workplace after your last day work sa current company at kumuha ng release paper... thanks.
