Gud evening po Sir/ Ma'am,
ask ko lang po paano po paghindi ka nakaconfine araw araw lang po napuntang hospital for theraphy 1month & 2 weeks po akong hindi pumapasok,may nabali po kasing buto sa disk ko...5 yrs mahigit na po akong nagtratrabaho sa companya , pwede ko po bang iapply sa COMWEL? sabi po kasi ng companya namin wala daw po talaga akong sahod ... salamat po

please call COMWEL nalang para maexplain nyo directly ang situation nyo... i believe if kumpleto po kayo sa hospital record, you may avail the Industrial Accident Insurance... if mahihirapan po kayo makipag-coordinate sa COMWEL, you may also call Seoul Global Center @ 02-2075-4149 to ask an assistance or you may ask help from any migrant center...

tgud am po.ask ko po kung sa company po ako naaksdente.may mkukuha po ba ako sahod?EPS po ako.sagot po ba nila gastos sa ospital?kz po araw araw ako pnababalik sa ospital ng doctor pra linisin sugat at tahi sa daliri ko.ako po ngbbayad sa ospital.ano po dpat ko gawin?

please call COMWEL nalang para maexplain nyo directly ang situation nyo... i believe if kumpleto po kayo sa hospital record, you may avail the Industrial Accident Insurance...

in case hindinkayo makaka-avail ng Industrial Accident Insurance, dapat ang employer nyo ang sasagot sa hospital expenses at dapat may sahod pa rin kayo na 70% from your basic minimum wage...

if wala pong nawala sa parte ng katawan nyo, wala na po kayong ibang makukuha... 100% hospital expenses and 70% salary per day are enough according to the law...

How to receive insurance benefits


In the event of a foreign workers
departure, change of workplace, death or disease other than industrial
accidents, as well as delayed payment of wages, a foreign worker may receive
insurance benefits as stated in related laws.



Departure Maturity Insurance (joined
by employers)



When a foreign worker, who has
continuously worked for over one (1) year at a workplace with five or more
full-time employees, moves to another workplace or leaves Korea and applies for
insurance benefits to the HRD-Korea, the insurer will directly send the
insurance benefits to the workers account.



Going-Home Expenses Insurance
(joined by foreign workers)



When a foreign worker is planning to
leave Korea (excluding a temporary departure) soon, he/she shall submit a
report of planned departure to an Employment Security Center and apply to
HRD-Korea for insurance benefits. The insurer will send the insurance benefits
to the workers account.



Accident Insurance (joined by
foreign workers)



When a foreign worker suffers an
accident other than an industrial accident and applies to HRD-Korea for
insurance benefits, the insurer will examine the accident report and send the
insurance benefits to the workers account.



In the event a foreign worker dies
and a bereaved family member applies to HRD-Korea for insurance benefits, the
HRD-Korea will check whether the person is a bona fide member of the bereaved
family (in cooperation with the sending country). After the verification of
such information, the insurer will send the insurance benefits to the account
of the bereaved family member. (Along with said insurance benefits, other
insurance benefits such as from the Departure Maturity Insurance and Going-Home
Expense Insurance will be sent at the same time.)



Guarantee Insurance (joined by
employers)



In the event an employer of a
workplace, with less than 300 full-time workers or a workplace not covered by
the Wage Claim Guarantee Act, delays payment of wages, the worker may apply to
HRD-Korea for insurance benefits. The insurer shall examine the case to
determine whether payment of wages has been actually delayed and if so, send
the insurance benefits to the workers account.

magandang araw po..

ilalapit kolang yung case ng pinsan ko.. 6th klt po siya then nung nov. 23 lang po sya nakaalis.
sa ngayon po nakaconfine siya sa ospital more than a week na until now at hindi pa po alam kung kelan sya pwede ilabas accdg. to her doctor serious ung case nia., so hindi rin po sya nakakapasok sa work. may sahod din po ba ung mga araw na hindi nia napapasok at responsible din po ba ung company na pinapasukan nia sa hospital bill, khit na ung sakit nia eh hindi naman naaksidente at 1 buwan pa lang syang nagwowork? sabi kc ng doctor may possibility na hindi na sya pwede magwork kahit lumabas na sya ng hospital,. pwede po kaya sya mairelease ng company at iuwi nalng d2 sa pinas para d2 nlng magpagaling..

isa pa pong problema, kailangan daw po ng relatives na mag babantay o makakasama if ever na may masamang mangyari sa knya. sinubukan po namin na pumunta ng embassy para mag apply ng visa kaso hindi sapat mga documents namin khit may invitation na galing sa isang concern citizen na tumutulong s pinsan ko.. sino po kaya pwede namin lapitan at ano mga dapat namin gawin upang makatulong samin para mapabilis kami makarating sa korea para mag assist s pasyente?
sana po ay may sumagot.. any suggeston or opinion.. pls,
