problem about my alien card...registration...pls help nmn po!! Empty problem about my alien card...registration...pls help nmn po!!

3 years na po ako sa july 3...ang problema ko po di ako na-renew ng aking employer..sabi daw po sa nodongbu di na daw pede..di na daw po ako marerecontract..pinauuwi na po ako ng amo ko..ano po ba ang possible na gawin ko habng nde pa po nagla-lapse ang alien card ko?ano po ang gagawin ko para mare-contract pa uli...slamat po..sana po may mkasagot urgently..kc po gahol na po ako sa oras...SALAMAT PO NG MARAMI!!!

kabayang Jhay-ar ang pag rehire po ng empleyado ay naka depende po sa ating mga Amo/Sajang. Kung sinabihan ka na po ng iyong Sajangnim na di ka e rehire e wala na po tayo magagawa doon at isa pa po tama ang sinabi ng labor/nudungbo sa iyo na di ka na marehire kasi dapat ang application for rehire/re employment ay 30-90 days before mag end ang iyong kontrata..since matatapos ka na sa July 3 e malabo ka na po talaga na ma rehire...kc ilang araw na lng ang natitira sa iyo....ang maganda mo na lng gawin ay asikasuhin mo ang iyong mga benipisyong makukuha...salamat po ng marami nawa'y nakatulong...

Nakupo! 5 days na lng, di mo naagapan i-follow-up tol?Sana man lng kahit 15 days daw b4 end of Sojourn kung more than 3 mos. ka na ngwu-work sa company, ay pwedi pa maihabol yun ang svi sa akin ni Sir Dave.Sa kaso mo tol palagay ko di na tlga pwedi kc nga may timeline.Di ka nag-iisa, marami kayong naging ganyan ang kaso.Hirap pa nmn mg-tnt ngyon at may crackdown. Asikasuhin mo na lng lahat ng pwedi mong makuha sa Samsung at NPS. Pwedi ka pa nmn bumalik ulit tol, take ka na lng ulit sa nxt KLT...

kabayan dapat kasi 1 month b4 matapos kontrat eh kinulit mo na ung amo mo para at least kahit 15days b4 end of ur contract eh na ire employ kana,,ganyan din nangyari sakin pero umabot naman,,anyway it depend on u kung mag tnt ka o uwi nalang,,gud luck
