working saturday night under 40hr workweek system

please refer below...

-> basic/per month (40hrs workweek) = 4110won x 209 = 858,990won
-> working 7PM ~ 8AM Mon~Fri = 8hrs regular + 1hrs midnight break + 4hrs OT
-> OT charge/day (Mon~Fri) = 4hrs x 4110won x 150% = 24,660won
-> Night Differential (Mon~Fri) = start 10PM ~ 6AM = 7hrs (excluding 1hr midnight break) = 7hrs x 4110won x 50% = 14,385won
-> Total Additional Salary per day (Mon~Fri) = 24,660 + 14,385 = 39,045won/day

-> if working Sat & Sun, same lang din ang computation pero lahat na oras ay considered OT na... for example, 8hrs OT work lang, so...
-> OT charge = 8hrs x 4110won x 150% = 49,320won
-> Night Differential = 7hrs x 4110won x 50% = 14,385won
-> Total Salary during Sat. or Sun = 49,320 + 14,385 = 63,705won/day

but take note, if ever kaka-implement lang ng company ng 40hrs workweek system, within 3-yrs from its implemention, yung 4hrs OT ninyo per week should be 25% additional charge lang instead of 50%... yung total OT ninyo per week, deduct nyo lang ng 4hrs at ito ang separate computation...
-> 4hrs x 4110won x 1.25 = 20,550won

to summarize, para di kayo malilito, refer to your daily time record, count all your OT hours and night shift hours in one month... then in a month merong 4-weeks, so deduct ka ng 16hrs para sa separate computation of OT charge... refer below for example...
-> 1 month total OT hrs = 120hrs... so, 120hrs - 16hrs = 104hrs
-> Total OT = (104hrs x 4110won x 150%) + (16hrs x 4110won x 125%) = 723,360won
-> Total Nightshift Differential = 168hrs x 4110won x 50% = 345,240won
