ask kolang po kung meron po bang bagong rules ang nps
kasi ung frend namin eh nag apply sa kukmin nya sabi daw hindi daw makukuha sa account nya d2 kundi kailangan daw account sa pinas ang ibibigay nya,,kasi nga nakikisuyo sya sa amin na iwan ung atm nya katulad ng mga nauna ng mga eps na naka uwi at hindi na babalik d2 sa korea,,thenks Question

ano po ba ang status na pren nyo toL?

final exit na ba sya o babalik pa rito sa korea?

kase kung final na eh talga yatang di na pede sa atm nya dito babagsak yung pera? at sa pinas na account na nya.

bali kasi ka batch ko sya 3yrs na sya sa july 9 2010.. tapos na irenew na din sya hangang 2012 kasi last na company na nya ung nag re new sa kanya for 2nd sojourn,den gusto nya na umuwi ng pinas baka na homesick siguro or some other reason,,kaya nag punta sya nps para kunin ung kukmin nya un nga daw may bagong rules na sinabi sa kanya na di pwedeng accnt. nya d2 sa korea kailangan daw sa pinas,,kaya ask ko kung may bagong rules ba nps sa ngayon..thenks

sa pagkakaalam ko po, under new EPS policy which is plus 1-yr and 10-months sojourn period, hindi pa pwede maclaim ang kukmin (NPS) kasi po hindi na mandatory umuwi ng Pinas ang isang EPS worker... diritso na po ang stay niya dito sa Korea... kung uuwi man siya, it's not considered as part of reemployment procedure but a regular vacation leave only granted by the employer...

tsaka pa po makuha ang kukmin pagkatapos ng 1yr and 10-months kung uuwi na ang isang EPS worker...

sir dave tanong ko lng kung tpos na ung 6years nmin at kukunin n nmin ung kukmin di ba pwede ung account nmin dito sa korea ang gmitin nmin kc international account nmn cya kc ngopen me sa kb pra nga sa kukmin.

ah ganun po ba kasi naka kuha napo sya ng ticket at na i apply nya na ung kukmin nya kasi hndi nadaw sya babalik d2 sa korea,,kaya sabi sa kanya dun sa pinas nya na makukuha ang kukmin nya at hindi daw pede d2,,,anyway thank you po,,,
