Nagpunta po dito sa amin sa daegot,kimpo yung labor last april 11 and nag conduct sila nang question and answer portion para sa mga eps.di po ako naka rating dun pero may nagsabi sa akin na nasabi daw nang labor na after 6 years plus 1 year and 6 months pa daw po yung eps na nag entry nang 2005.Tanong ko lang po kung ito'y totoo.

according to National Labor Consultation Center (NLCC), per EPS Policy, there's only one time reemployment allowed... so if na-reemploy na kayo for another 3-yrs (old reemployment policy)or another 1-yr and 10-mos (new reemployment policy) aftef your first 3-yrs has finished, wala na pong another reemployment na mangyayari... that means you should go back to Phil. after your 2nd 2nd sojourn period and cannot come back to Korea under EPS anymore...
