Eps Old and new Policy

Good day to all, I just want to be informed about the said old and new labor policy for Eps reemployment system. Who are those covered under old policy and who are those covered under new policy. I mean sino po ung 5 years lang at sino ung 6 years na allowed to work here in Korea as Eps. Please help us kasi po di malinaw sa amin ang bagay na ito. Thanks po and hoping to hear from you sooner.
IN MY CASE:
Dumating po ako dito sa Korea Last December 13, 2005, then nagbakasyon ako nung December 2008 bumalik ako January 2, 2009.Covered po ba ako ng new policy or old policy? Salamat po More Power.

kung naka 3 yearska before december 2009... plus 3 years ka ulit pag balik mo.. pero after dec. 2009 kun d k pa nka 3 years plus 2 years ka lng... bale 5 years
