how to claim Kookmin...for EPS na mag t TNT o TNT na??

Magandang araw po,

1. makukuha pa rin po ba ang Kookmin Yeongum if nag TNT po ang isang EPS?if yes paano po?
2. yung Return Cost Insurance po makukuha pa rin ba sakaling nag TNT po ang EPS?

pkitugunan po sana... tnx po.

Kabayan lahat po ng iyong katanungan tungkol sa claims ng Kukmin & Return cost Insurance pde mo po ma claim...yan ay kung handa ka ng umuwi sa Pilipinas..bakit? Kasi po ang mga requirments jan ay ang mga sumusunod:

1. Valid plane ticket/reservatio
2. Bank book/account sa Pinas
3. Alien Card
4. Passport

Mangyari lamang po na mag File kayo bago umuwi sa pinaka malapit na NPS regional offices na nakakasakop sa inyong kumpanya..Magkahiwalay po ang Opisina nyan ang me hawak Return Cost Insurance ay Samsung...

di ako sure kabayan pero ang alam ko makukuha mo lng pag uuwi kna or pag may plain ticket kna po.............

Tungkol sa 1st na tanong Regarding sa NPS (kukmin yungeum) lump sum Refund....pwede nyo pa po makukuha.....

Required Documents:

Application for Lump sum Refund
1) Applying in Korea ( before Departing in Korea)
- Application form
- Copy of your Passport & Alien card
- A copy of your personal Bank account in the Philippines
if you wished that your NPS Lump Sum refund will be remitted....
- a copy of your Plane Ticket Confirmed

Applying overseas ( After Departing From Korea)
_ Application Form ( Notarized from a notary agency of the country
in which you reside and attested to by Korean
Consulate or Embassy....
_ A Copy of your passport
- a copy of Your personal Bank account.....

Return Cost Guarantee Insurance if naging irregular worker ka na
baka hindi mo na makukuha kabayan... I will update my Post dito pag na confirm ko ...

Gusto ko rin sana sabihin mga kababayan na Under sa EPS
if we Intentionally becoming an irregular foreign workers ,,,if the
Immigration Control act of Korea
will be fully implememted dapat mag mumulta po tayo 20,000,000.00 K. won...pag nahuli po tayo......
We must pray always na sana statusquo po ang situation.......
