kabayan 2nd sojourn n po ko..nsa pang apat n kumpanya n ako.ibig sabihin last kumpanya n ako.ngayun d tupadamo ko s kontrata.basic ang pinirmahan ko pero,naging n work no pay kme.khit linngo di kme sinasahudan.kng mag ot ng linggo basic salary x1 lng.pag sira makina d kme pinapapasok wala kme sweldo.ang tanong kng ganito b klakas ang kaso ko,me chance pa kaya ako n mapagbigyan ng isa pa rilis.salamat po sa lhat d2 sa sulyap pinoy...sana po masagot tanong ko...

Kabayan Pogkas Hello!


Malakas po na dahilan po yan Labor Contract Violation at nasa pang # 4 po yan sa Legitimate reason for changing of Workplace...

But malaki po ang iyong problems kabayan Kasi With the enforcement of revised Act on Employment of Foreign workers especially sa provisions ng Re- Employmemt at Change of Workplace ay effective na po last DECember 10 , 2009,

During your 1st Sojourn po 3 times ka lng po allowed mag pa release at during your 2nd sojourn po 2 times lang po yong allowed.. magka hiwalay na po bilang nyan. Ngunit Hindi po kasama sa bilang if you have legitimate reasons kaya ka po na release,at sa reviesd act 5 na po yong Legitimate reason or Justifiable reasons for change of workpalce po..

Since naka 3 release ka na during your 2nd sojourn, gusto ko po sana malaman kung legitimate reasons ba ang dahilan kaya po kayo na release?
Kasi kung hindi po legitimate reason, in principle po hindi po kayo pwede mag parilis or ala na kayong rilis........ngunit kung dahilan po ay legitmate reasons po

Pwede po kayo pumumta ng Ministry of Labor para mag apply for correction
one time lang po ang binibigay na chance para mag apply for correction but in one application hangang 3 correction ang pwede nyong ilagay.....

Sana po maliwanag po sa inyo ang lahat ....

applicable po b yan s e9-3 visa holder? yung husband ko kc ganyan din ang kaso.pano po kaya cla mkkpg parelis eh medyo bago p po cla d2,cno po pwede nila lapitan? ?Nasa Jinju po location nila ngayon.

Mukhang kilala ko husband mo Geena ah....ano name nya? Sa construction ba sya? Kasi may bago kami member dito na 5 EPS from Jinju at baka isa doon asawa mo. They are working in construction ng mga tulay daw.

Paalala hirap makahanap ng work ang nasa construction dito, hindi sila pwede mag work sa factory. Sabihin mo na lang na ilapit nya problema nya sa church namin kena sister at father, papayuhan sila kung dapat nila steps.

alm ko apat lng cla dun s site nila den ntransfer sila somewhere mas malayo s jinju.nailapit n nya kina father froilan at father baste yung problem nila, waiting p cla ng result kc mg consult p sina father s labor.ok lng nmn khit hindi cla mismo s jinju mkakuha ng ibng job,i think meron png vailable d2 s gyeonggi-do.tnx for the reply.tc!

Nakausap ko kahapon isa sa kasamahan nya. Nilipat nga 2 na kasama nila at kasama doon asawa mo. Malapit lang yun dito mga 30minutes lang pinaglipatan sa kanila.

Ganun talaga sa construction kung saan may trabaho ay doon sila ilalagay. Kasi tulad ng sabi ko sayo na iba ang Visa nila. Sabi nga ng kasamahan nya, madalang lang silang may work. Hindi continuous ang trabaho.

Pinaalalahanan ko rin sila na kung plan nila lumipat ay maghanap muna ng malilipatan na construction din. Hindi sila pwede sa manufacturing or factory dahil sa type of visa nila. Sabi pa sa akin ng kasamahan nya mukhang mahihirapan pa asawa mo dahil hindi sanay sa construction works.

Since construction visa sila ay expect na kahit saan sila lumipat ay ganun din ang working condition. Hindi kumukuha ng EPS workers ang malalaking construction company so maliit na construction firm lang mapapasukan nila. Konting tiis na lang.

para sa mga kakarecontract lang at nag karon ng plus 1year and 10months hindi pa pala tayo pwede mag parelease basta basta kelangan na muna lumampas tayo sa due date ng 1st sojourn natin... example kasi ako march 27 pa ako mag 3 years pero na recontract na ako nung january pa nag parelease ako ngayun march 10 pumayag kumpanya pero hindi pumayag ang labor sabi sa akin uuwi ako ng pinas kung mag pa relis ako sa kumpanya ko ngayun din.. sabi ko kelan pwede? sabi nila sa april daw titingnan nila kung pwede... hirap naman ng kalagayan ko wala kasi kami gawa so wala sahod pero ayaw pumayag ng labor lumipat ako sa iba kumpanya..
