pag ang isang pinay na nakapag asawa ng korean national, sila ay legally married dito sa korea at may anak na pero di pa korean citizen ang pinay at nakipaghiwalay ang koreano ano po ba ang makukuha ng pinay makukuha po ba ang anak ng pinay?

depende po siguro sa desisyon ng korte.. at kung nasa right age na po ang bata depende po kung kanino sasama ang bata... yata... heheheh.. wew

mdami kang kgaya dito..dpende sa sitwasyon.me kaibigan ako 2 anak.ung isa naiuwi nya sa pinas.ung isa naiwan sa asawa kc ayaw sumama nung bata.ung fren ko dipa citizen.nung iuwi nya anak nya mlapit ng matapos visa nya(family visa)we were expecting na ma-tnt na rin sya soon.pero naishare nya ung problem nya sa simbahan kung saan dun sya ngssimba kya ayun nakapag-extend sya ng visa.pwede din daw syang macitizen soon..now ung case mo nman,d nman clear kung ano problema.kc pag me nakitaan saung problema,dimo mkkuha ang anak mo.me mga iba rin jan itinakas mga anak nila.ung mga iba nman iniwan lng sa mga asawa kc mas mgnda daw knbukasan mga anak kung dun sila sa mga ama nila..pero mkukuha mo anak mo kung ang problema ay nasa asawa mo..
