anyeonghaseyo! 40hrs a week po kami, pero hanggang saturday po kami. ganito po, monday to friday 7hrs lng po kami, 8:30 to 4:30 lng po. saturday 5hrs po kami, 8:30 to 2:30 po. nakita ko po d2 na yung first 4hrs OT is 1.25 po. pero tanong ko po legal po ba yung ginawa nila na ilagay yung isang oras sa sabado para magkapasok po kami sa sabado? para sakin po sayang yung isang araw na holiday, na sana OT na pag pinasukan. legal po ba yun? saka wala po daw kami holiday or teukkeun po bigkas sa hangguk mal, sa mga koreana lng daw yun?sa amin di daw holiday like nung pasko po? sa ibang kompanya daw nagbibigay daw po, pero samin foreigner d2 ala daw holiday ? pwede po ba nila baguhin yun? dba labor law po yun ng korea? nabasa ko po sa isang libro ng EPS na pede ireklamo yun di pagbayad ng holiday, pede makulong ng 2yrs at multa ng 10milyon won yung sajang? gusto ko po sana maliwanagan ito kaya sa inyo po ako tanong. pahabol po pag red calendar po ba it means holiday na? censya na po medyo dami po katanungan ako. thanks po Very Happy Very Happy

Kabayan Efren,

Sa ilalim ng EPS program, tayo po ay saklaw ng Korean Labor Laws, ibig sabihin kung meron teukkeun koreans meron rin kau.

Kung 40hrs kau syempre O.T na dapat ang Saturday.Tama ang nabsa mo , pls. do it.

Kung anu ang nasa batas un ang masunod.Hindi legal ginawa nla.

Red sa calendar? wala sa batas na pag RED holiday na, ngunit karamihan sa company ay ginawa nla holiday.Kaya dependi sa employer nyo yan.

gandang gabi po!! ibig pong sabihin na mali yung ginawa nila na inilagay yung isang oras na ibinawas sa bawat araw at inilagay sa sabado? pahabol po, thanks!!!!!
