"Effective Treatment For Preventing Headaches or Stress"

Stressful living is a common trigger for most types of headaches.Stress release hormones into the bloodstream that can effect the way we experience pain, muscle tension, teeth grinding and stiff shoulders are other responses to stress that can increase the livelihood, that you will have a headache.

There are the number of things you can do to reduce stress in your life:

1. Learning to simplify your live by cutting out things that can wait.

2. Learning to manage your time wisely. (are to big for helps.)

3. Learning to let go.Recognize the things that are beyond your control and stop worrying about them.

4. Learn to relax.Find time to practice your deep breathing and block out the work, if only for a few minutes each
day.Also, take a break.

5. Practice " healthy living " try to eat right and exercise.

kabayan nakuha ko lang yang notes na yan sa subject teacher ko sa science, di ko kase alam na may naipit ako na papel sa may brown envelop ko.Isa kase yan sa topic na nireport ng classmates ko when i was in third year college.kaya di ko alam kung saan nila nakuha yan,sorry kung wala akong source na maibigay aside from that.Thank you for comment and God Bless...
