sabi ng sajangnim namin wala kami matatangap na twijikom...dapat daw 2 years ,,lipat n kc me after 1 year..wait na lang me nov.18

kabayan lahat po ng eps na nakapagserbisyo ng 1 taon ay entitled na mabigyan ng tegicom....dipo totoo ang sinasabi ng sajang nyo..na mga naka2 years lang ang mabibigyan nito..pwede po kayo magpatulong sa mga migrant center kung talagang di kayo bibigyan ng sajang nyo ay pwede nyo silang ireklamo at kasuhan...ibabase po ang tegicom nyo sa hulimg 3months na ipinasok nyo..don po ibabase ang computation...tnx po at wagpo tayong papaagrabyado ....

sir ,,unang tanung puba ay ilan kau sa company nyo workers? kailngan po akse at least 5 workers sa company!
ngaun po kung sinabi nya na wala kau makukuha,,dont worry once u complain to labor office ,,definetely ma force pu siya magbayad akse labor office napo ang kausap nya and he is beaking the rules of ministry of labor,wag po kau mainis ka sa sajang nyo tawanan nyo lang pero dapat asikasuhin nyo sa migrant center or sa labor office,pwedi po mapasara ang kanyang business or be fined for penalty.
nagun po dalwa po bali makukuha nyo isa sa samsung na kinakaltas sa inyo every salary at ung po isa ay manggaling mismo sa inyong sajang base upon the latest rules and regulation ay ma base po sa last 3 months of ur salary.
migrant cneter or labor office caN compute or give the figure kung magkanu makukuha nyo sa company tejekom lahat lahat,, just bring payslip kahit poa kulang ang mga un ,,importanti mayron kau evidence.
if u want u can kol me and assist u to that matter to person in charge like ur case depends upon ur location.. thanks

like ko lang mag reply sa issue na ito.based on my experience.naka 1 yr ako sa company na pinanggalingan ko,at ung isa naman na kasama ko, 2 yrs.naman sya.
Pero after naman mag work sa company na un.wala kaming nakuhang taejikom.EPS din po kami.ang dahilan.hindi daw po naka registered ung company na pinasukan namin.kaya wala daw po kaming makukuha.un lang po.like ko lng e share.

kabayang evanlyn sana ipinaglaban nyo pa rin at hinabol ang company na dati mong pinanggalingan..basta may mga papel kang hawak na nagtrbho ka don ..like pay slip at kontrata...palagay ko kahit matagal na ay mahahabol mo pa yon.may mga ganyang cases na...kung dika naregister at nagreklamo ka...mas malaki ng babayadan ng sajang mo dati.at magmulta pa sya,,dahil dapat lahat ng empleyado ay iregeister...matanong ko lang ilan nga pala kayo sa company nyo dati,,kasi kung wala pa kayong 5 person...posible po yan..na dikayo mabigyan ng tegicom....pero kung mahigit kayo sa 5 ay entitled talaga kayo sa tegicom...patulong po kayo sa mga migrant center..marami na pong cases na ganyan na nahahabol pa rin...yan lamang po..kabayan,,

8 po kami na mga Filipino nun.ngayon nasa 5 nalang po sila.sa catholic center po ako mismo lumapit nun.sila rin po ang nag process,un na po ang result sabi po hindi nga daw naka registered ung company nmin.

what do you mean by 5 workers?are u refering to Eps 5 workers?in our case kasi .2 kami EPS workers...ang total member ng employees dito Eps

kabayang amleht_14 kasama po koreans saka eps employees ng company ninyo...basta po hindi bababa ng 5 ang nagtatrabaho sa inyong kumpanya ay entitled ng toejikeum...provided you completed 1 year of service/work in the company...

sir marzy,,salamat sa reply...sabi kc sajang namin wala kami matatangap...wala kami payslip dito,,d rin rin kami kinakaltas ng samsung insurance,,april2009 nung kaltasan kami ng kukmin eh nov2008 pa kami andto,,pano computation ng twijikom namin nun,,,lipat kami ng seoul un lng ang gagamitin namin na allowance what if wala kami matangap..ang mahal pa mandin ng plane ticket..

kabayan...after 5 years mo na po makukuha ang tegicom mo..hanggat dyan ka nag work sa company mo ngayon..sakaling abutin ka ng bagong batas..ay di muna kailangang magexit..at kesok na po ang 5 years mo....

kabayanan ECO once nag change company kana u dont have to wait for 5 years ,,ora mismo paglipat mo,,pwedi muna ma claim ang tejekom mo,ur company must file ur tejekom and directly makukuha mo un sa bank mo or u can claim it personally ,,or file for it personally kung alam mo ang nps office jan malapit sa company mo or to ur place!!!

kbayan makukuha mo yung tegicom mo oras na magparelis ka sa company mo...nasa batas yun..kahit nakaisang taon k plang basta lilipat ka ng company..ay makukuha mo po ang tegicom..

kabayan pwede mo pa pong mahabol yang kulang na tegicom mo..iprepare mo yung mga payslip mo dati at yung bankbook mo kung pwede ay iupdate mo para makita yung mga sahod mo nong nagwork kp dyan..kung naitago mo pa rin sana ang kontrata mo dati..mahahabol pa yan marami tayo mga migrant center ..hanap kapo ng malapit sa inyo..im sure matutulungan ka

depende siguro sa dami ng artista..he he..posible dina sya makapaghire ulit ng bagong empleyado..sa ilang panahon..depende sa bigat ng kaso..kasi matindi ang crackdown ngayon talagang namamasok ng bahay dito samin..ilang taon knb dito...mas maganda kung hanap ka ng ibang company na mas maayos at walang sabit..
