no nsp contribution

Sir Dave,
ask ko lng ano gawin ko kc po mulang bumalik ako d2 sa company nmin bali 7 months na po ako ngayon kaso lng hnd pa po ako kinaltasan ng kookmin at health insurance. 2 weeks mula dumating ako d2 nahulihan po company nmin dhil po ba doon kaya hnd ako nakaltasan.mag 1 yr po ako sa oct. pwede pa ba cla maka pag renew sa akin. Thanks po

if wala po kayong kaltas for NPS & Health Insurance contribtion, that means hindi po kayo niregister as regular member so wala po kayong matatanggap na benefits... kahit nahulihan pa po ng TnT ang pinagtrabahuan nyo, hindi yun dapat maka-affect sa membership ng NPS at Health Insurance... dapat ni-register pa rin kayo ng amo nyo... baka ayaw lang talaga magbayad ang amo nyo ng 50% share niya for your monthly contribution...

my suggestion, try to confirm first the NPS Office covering your workplace and the Health Insurance Officekung meron ba talaga kayong contribution o wala ... you may call the National Health Insurance at 02-390-2000 (english)... if you don't know the contact number of NPS Office in your area, I can help you... just give me your complete address and i'll search the contact number... you may also text me at 010-9294-4365...

after confirmation, if wala talaga, tell your employer to pay the needed contribution (50-50 kayo)... if ayaw pa rin magbayad, then it's your decision whether tatanggapin mo nalang ba or magfile ka ng petition sa Labor Office...

yung pagrerenew naman ng contract mo, kahit nahulihan ng TnT wala pong problema yan sa mga current foreign workers tulad mo... it will only affect to "re-employment" after 3-years provided that yung pagkahuli ng TnT happened within one year time...
