Mayron akong kasama na bagong release sa company nya bale na renew sya for another 3 years ang problema di sya binigyan ng kukmin yeonkum at teojicum after nung unang 3 years nya, bale bumalik sya noon pang June last year at ngayon lang sya nagparelease at dito na sya sa company namin.........tanong ko pwede ba nya ma claim yung benefits nya, paano kung nalugi na ang companya may makukuha pa kaya sya?

kabayan,
kung active pa yung company, malaki po ang chance na makukuha pa niya ang "toejigeum" provided that ang company ay merong 5 or more regular workers the time na nagtratrabaho pa siya dun... pero kung na-bankrupt na, malabo na po... pero dapat mag-try pa rin siyang magfile ng petition sa Regional Labor Office covering the company... dapat meron siyang payslip sa last 3-months na work niya before siya umuwi ng Pinas and bank account where dun pamapasok salary niya...

sa "kukmin" naman, meron ba siyang NPS deduction monthly? kung meron, baka makukuha pa niya yun... he should visit the Regional NPS Office covering the company... magfile siya ng reklamo dun at magask ng advise kung ano ang dapat niyang gawin...
