payment for vacation leave ?

hi to all sulyapinoy admin. ask ko lng po about vacation leave. paano po kung hindi ito nagamit. compulsary po b ang employer n i-convert ito s cash pag hindi nagamit? kung compulsary po pede po bang makahingi ng kopya ng rules regarding this matter. salamat po s makktulong.
