When Applying for Foreign Worker Employment, Now Go to the Internet!

From now on, employers who intend to hire foreign workers can file an application for employing foreign workers and vicarious execution on the Internet, rather than visiting Job Center and agencies in person.

To enable employers to have convenient and swift access to services in employing foreign workers, the government has established the "Online System for Foreign Workers Employment Permission Application." After one-week pilot operation from March 25, the Online System will become effective in earnest on April 1.

If employers want to use this online application service, they can log onto www.eps.go.kr, file an "employment permission application" or "vicarious execution application", and then directly select qualified foreign workers through the Internet out of the foreign workers placed by Job Center under the Ministry of Labor.

In line with this, if employers intend to have counseling on foreign worker employment, they can visit this website and make an online reservation for Job Center in the region without waiting in line.

* How to use this service : Please visit the website at www.eps.go.kr ⇒ "DOMESTIC" ⇒ Log in ⇒ Click ｢Employer Service｣ and make online application (employment permission application, vicarious execution application, etc.)
