eps din po kmi,tnong lng po nmin kung ksma kmi sa wage increase,kc po msyado pong mhaba ang working hours nmin from 7am-6pm pay as minimum lng po w/o overtym..sna po ma2lungan nyo kmi pra mgkron ng increase ang sueldo nmin.under po kmi ng agriculture

kabayan,
ang minimum wage ay applicable po sa lahat na workers ng Korea regardless kung anong industry siya nag-work... ang minimum wage this year (Jan. 1 ~ Dec. 31 2009) is 4000Won per hour.

however in the case of agriculture industry, if you work more than 8-hours a day and even Saturdays and Sundays you are not entitled for any additional 50% Overtime Pay... you will only get the minimum wage salary per hour...

but if you work during night-time (10:00PM ~ 6:00Am) you should get additional 50% as night work differential based from your basic salary...
